Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Meadow & Mill order.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it.

Returned items should be:

• unused
• in their original condition
• in suitable packaging
• suitable for resale

Return delivery costs may apply unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, include:

• your order number
• photographs of the product
• photographs of the packaging
• a short description of the issue

This helps us resolve the problem quickly.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and checked, any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
